When a government agency doesn’t spend the entirety of their budget, their budget gets cut the next year, it encourages frivolous and wasteful spendings, why hasn’t it been changed? I have been a contraticor most of my life and have watched states town spend lucrative amounts of money on brand new equipment etc… Drive past a township yard it looks like a bone yard of equipment that is not being used because it’s not new. The agencies need to be redone and the tax money needs to go back to the people. I can’t stand the wastefulness of the towns we live in with rising property taxes.
