Stand Alone Bills

I feel there is a need to have stand alone Bills instead of the omnibus, tag along structure we have now. It muddles the primary target and adds waste and complication, so there isn’t a clear item to vote on. If we made it so bills were presented in single form, a lot of the confusion and chaos regarding bills would be simplified. You would see clearly where gov reps stand on real issues and on their own, so people would be able to determine what each rep stand for and be accountable to. Currently, they add so many other non associated subjects into bills, that no one truly knows or has the time to do a thorough search on what’s in the bill, so they can’t make an educated, informed vote on the Bill. It would hold legislators accountable and simplify the process.
