"Splinter the CIA into a Thousand Pieces"

The CIA has a long history of prioritizing its own interest over the interests of American citizens. Its parts should be broken up and absorbed into other organizations already doing similar work.

All kinetic operations should come under the authority of SOCOM(Special Operations Command) and military intelligence.

While all intelligence gathering departments within the CIA could be disbanded and scattered among different organizations decided upon by the next Director of National Intelligence.

The fact that the CIA is crazy is actually why its not totally malevolent, it has far more friendly actors and factions than the NSA or FBI

I wish I could vote for this with reasonable expectation of it being accomplished.

Before 9/11, the CIA was ALLEGEDLY banned from running ops within the broders of the continental US (CONUS) by Congress.

However, pursuant to rumors that intelligence agencies did not share intelligence, leading up to the events of 9/11, Fusion Centers were ALLEGEDLY created in accordance with 6 USC 124h: Department of Homeland Security State, Local, and Regional Fusion Center Initiative, to work with Federal, State and Local authorities to “share intelligence”.

IIF I UNDERSTAND CORRECTLY, this led to a browbeating of state and local agencies, law enforcement, courts, etc. by NSA and their foot soldiers: Army Intelligence the CIA. the Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, et. al.

Essentially, IT SEEMS the CIA then had a means to circumvent the laws of Congress to act vicariously through state and local justice and law enforcement, to exert their will within the borders of the contental U.S.

This isn’t to say the CIA wasn’t killing witnesses, importing drugs into the U.S. to sell to children in Florida to support the Sandanista Rebels, prior to that. It just SEEMS this gave the CIA free-wheeling latitude to operate legally within CONUS with the details of their involvement obfuscated by secrecy and threats of prison for those whom violated the secrecy of their involvements.

The CIA probably isn’t coming to your door (unless they’ve rented you an apartment on the 16th floor of a hotel…). The FBI, private investigators (to circumvent 4th Amendment – illegal search and seizure – issues) or the local police will. That’s the beauty of these so-called Fusion centers.

The CIA is historically ALLEGEDLY a tarnished smear on America and Americans and they have a long history of government takeovers that didn’t work out well, embarrassing and failed assassinations, anti-American endeavours (Project Mock8ngbird), medical abuse (LSD experiments on military personnel and ALLEGEDLY a population in France), for instance.

There’s a prisoner whom openly admits the CIA paid his mob connections to kill JFK. He claims to be one of the shooters, which he can do because the Federal Government refuses to prosecute him for the murder. I’m guessing that prosecution would validate the CIA claim.

The problem is, like from a line in a 007 movie “If we only dealt with nice people, we wouldn’t have anyone to deal with at all”.

Recall that before Sir Francis Drake was knighted in Great Britian, he was Francis Drake the pirate.

The CIA SEEMS TO BE analogous to that: a necessary evil, necessitated by other foreign intelligence agencies being nearly as nefarious.

The question looming is: “HOW NECESSARY?”

We see CIA personnel jailed for child pornography publicly, but former CIA Director John Brennan orders chem trails (yeah, we have the video) whom never is prosecuted for poisoning the ground and farm animals with the metals used in those chem trails.

Were ANY CIA personnel ever prosecuted in a FISA Court? How would we know?

Moreover, citing the murder of Gerald Bull, how many atocities were wholly attributable to the CIA alone and how many were joint ops with the Mossad, for instance? How much guilt does the CIA bear alone?

I don’t think modifying the CIA will make them any less an enemy of humanity. Historically, they’ve been powerful enough to murder even a Secretary of the Navy (James Forrestal) by him ALLEGEDLY jumping out of the 16th floor of the Bethesda Naval Hospital. (The Mossad ALLEGEDLY concurs this “jumping” technique can be attributed to some suicidal mental illness with zero survivability, minimal news, and also discrediting the ALLEGED victim.)

So, who’s going to shut down the CIA?

We would need an equivalent force to “relieve them of duty” which would likely come at a high cost. One could only hope to slowly defund and reduce their strength.

However, ALLEGEDLY, the CIA has their own air force, navy and ground troops. The only reason they need America and Americans…is for funding, and maybe they could generate their own funding.

We’ve created a MONSTER!!!

All 3 letter agencies should be decentralized and handed to the people.

the CIA by statute is not allowed to operate within the country unless they are after a foreign agent. It seems that the only place they are operating now is within the country to destroy it. Yes cast the CIA into oblivion.

Remove security clearances of hostile former Intel and Military that have used and abused their positions to undermine, spy and bring down Trump’s Administration. Start with Brennan, Clapper, Miley, Wray.

I agree. Both of those should be dismantled before moving on to the CIA.

Should be named the JFK CIA ACT #splinterCIA

If Kash Patel is really put in charge of the CIA, I am good with it staying @ until all that can be exposed is exposed, then abolish it. I believe Space Force (Trump’s 2019 version) the Guardians should then take on whatever legal responsibilities they have.

I hope we all understand that there will be some information we will never learn about. The CIA is worse than the terrorist MSM ever warned you about. They are the ones who created, armed, and funded all those “bad guys.” So their hate for America and us is genuine and quite frankly understandable.

I mean absolutely no disrespect to any current or previous military. I have nothing but respect for the good guys who thought what they were doing was right. Our disgusting government lied to you, too, and I thank you for your service and my freedom.

One per day is too many. 22 is unacceptable, but now it’s our turn to fight for y’all. I promise I will support anything President Trump can get done for yall. Please know that YOU MATTER AND YOU ARE LOVED BY PEOPLE YOU WILL NEVER KNOW.

GOD BLESS ALL OF OUR HEROES!:us:
