Social Security

I would propose that there is no cap on Social Security taxes by income. No matter how much a person makes, no cut off. The taxes are paid on all income at the appropriate rate continuously.

No income tax on Social Security benefits, ever; especially if a spouse is still working.

All members of Congress/House/senate receive the lowest benefit of Social Security from the state they represent in retirement. No more pensions, no more opting out of government mandated healthcare such as the ACA. And no more pensions or retirement healthcare care benefits.

An annual accounting of all Social Security Dollars Collected and any I OU’s from government entities have to be paid out first and foremost to make the program whole.
