This policy would establish a Criminal Penalty for any member of Congress, any branch of the United States Federal government, any bureaucracy or federal agency to use social security funds for any reason whatsoever other than full distribution amounts to the individual citizens participation rates over their lifetimes.
This policy would also establish a Federal annual deposit of 1.5% by the federal government into an account fund distributed to LEGAL American citizens each new fiscal year based on the total overall budget amount of the federal government of the previous fiscal year.
Layman’s terms, the less our federal government spends each year, the less they have to pay united states citizens each fiscal year.
