I am collecting social security benefits after working my entire lifetime. When I need to contact a live person it is practically impossible 2-4 hour wait time, no way to solve the issue online, huge waits at the SS office, which in my opinion is unnecessary. Common sense proposal: the new Trump administration executive order to fix the problem. What ever it takes. Hire more staff, tie wages to performance (wait time under 10 minutes), more tasks doable online etc and etc. Do this in a visible way and powerful way, then every time a person makes a call and actually gets stuff done in a timely manner they will remember who did it!.This new administration will be known as the administration that gets stuff done!
