Only a six month work visa for legal migrants. They MUST apply in their home country to be eligible. Then they go home and REAPPLY for the NEXT YEAR 6 month work visa. No family, no kids, only a six month work visa. Then every employer will be held accountable if they have non six month work visa employees. Penalty will be the loss of the work visa program for two full years.
