Simple tax code

The tax code should be simplified and deductions limited or done away with. No tax credits, no tax deductions just pure income tax. I am not an accountant so I do not know how this could be done but maybe something like for example incomes:
<$50,000.00 -No federal income tax
$50,000.00-$99,999.00: 10% federal income tax
$100,000.00-$200,000.00: 12% income tax
$201,000.00-$400,000.00: 15% income tax
until you reach a maximum income tax rate of 20%. No deductions, no credits, just the tax is this amount (or whatever the scale would be) for personal income tax. Taxes all non-work related income like capital gains and savings interest, etc. could be taxed at a set rate like 15% or something (I do not know how they are taxed now). It would make taxes much simpler to do. It would also mean less taken out of most people’s checks throughout the year, reduction in IRS size and free up IRS to pursue business tax fraud (that code needs to be simplified as well). I am sure there are others who could speak better to it than me.
There is a ton of bureaucratic waste. This country needs huge investment in infrastructure, education, rebuilding of cities and blighted neighborhoods, training undereducated people for well-paying jobs, rebuild our military and restructuring of our criminal justice system as well as the cost of massive deportations. I think we should simplify the tax code and lower taxes but not do away with them. Cut the waste in government. Pay OFF the federal debt and invest in all of the above. It will take at least 10 years to do all of that if not more. Once all of that is done then we could look at lowering taxes more or doing away with them. This country has been run down, and it will cost for us to restructure and rebuild.

Taxation is against the Original Constitution. End Taxation and implement tariffs. Getting off the Federal Reserve will get rid of taxation.

The thing with only using Tariffs is it would not cover all of our expenses and it puts higher costs on the lower income citizens. Tariffs definitely need to be used but I do not think we can reasonably replace all taxes with them unless we do away with all entitlements which is not realistic.

Not if you got rid of 80% of the useless government bureaucrats!!! Research the job the DOGE is setting out to do. There is so much bureaucratic waste, people will be astonished!!
