Restrict all public health services, departments, and agencies, public and private blood drives, medical equipment and services institutions, businesses, and non-profit organizations from operating within a set distance of public and private school grounds, where minor children are gathered.
The American People have the right to be secure in their children’s health, welfare, and well-being all throughout the day – including during school hours. It is the sole duty of parents themselves to decide and administer those health services to their children, via their own parameters, beliefs, concerns, restrictions, and decisions, performed outside of school hours, and off school grounds.
There should be no child access to vaccines, blood banks, local health department screenings or procedures, DNA or biometric collection services, abortion services, unwarranted CPA services and investigations, trans-gender treatments or procedures, or blanket-wide psychological or other mental aptitude evaluations. Parents of the children are responsible for all of these matters regarding their children. Schools and public/private/non-profit health facilities should be barred from participating or allowing these activities on or temporarily and conveniently near school grounds; and their should be stiff penalties for school officials who violate this fundamental right for American Parents to have their children remain safe and secure while obtaining an education. Schools are for learning – they should not be used, even temporarily as a medical or health facility, or even a temporary distribution outlet for potentially harmful or defective medical supplies (like contaminated facial masks, ointments, consumable medical fluids with questionable safety risks, etc). Schools are for learning – not convenient and secret medical treatments.
This is America and this is completely in line with American values: The right for parents to be secure in their children’s well-being should not be violated.
