The second amendment should only be at the federal level. No state should be able to inact and laws restricting an Americans right to keep and bear arms. There should be no restrictions on the capacity of ammunition feeding devices, where a person is allowed to carry. An American should have the right to bear arms in all 50 states with now permit of registration of any kind. Purchases of firearms and ammunition should not have its own categories when using credit.

I agree with your ideals, but i fear you have misunderstood the second amendment. It SHOULD be enforced in all states as it is a prevention against government. In its current state, most politicians play word games to try to justify their ideals, but the intention behind the 2A was alway to let the people arm themselves in case of a tyrannical government. Basically, what you’re advocating for is following the 2A more strictly to its orriginal intent.
