Scheduled Repeal of all statutes

Every statute must have a scheduled date on which the law will be automatically repealed unless explicitly confirmed prior to repeal. Statutes are scheduled to be repealed within five years of ratification. If two-thirds of both houses vote for an individual statute to have a longer life, they may extend the statute no more than thirty years. All statutes active at the time of this law will expire five years after the passage of this law. This law is not subject to its own terms, and shall be effective perpetually.

It’s called a “sunset clause”, is already on some legislation, and I agree, it needs to be standard on all legislation.
