Require all companies to include sales tax or any other fees on the listed price. Instead of the fees being added on at checkout or buying a car or whatever else you will be buying have every fee clearly stated before checkout or purchasing an item

I second Anthony in this policy proposal. Other nations around the world already include the sales tax and fees in the prices of goods and services, so why not America?
