Please give water rights back to farmers in New Mexico that utilize the Rio Grande River. Last year I received only two waterings while Texas received many more. This year EBID wants me to sell my water back to them so I do not water at all. I did not agree to these $750 payments. Irrigation makes a huge difference for my pasture. Thank you
