I was trying to do this on my own to make some money but it costs too much for me to do.
I think an app should be developed for ALL cell phones possibly making it mandatory like seat belts. The app would detect your position in a car, and if you’re sitting behind the wheel it will disable all social media and texting functions on the phone if the car is moving. Far too many people dieing from this distraction
