Small working farms in ag districts produce quality foods for farmers markets and locals. When no RTF policy exists a door is open for land developers to use city resources against us. This constant onslaught of litigation causes small farm closures. Land developers grab our farmland for pennies on the dollar. Please provide a RTF policy for all working farms in certified ag districts (NY) (or equivalent for other states) so that we can continue to feed the local community with best farm practices. Help us help feed you. Please help me get support for this. My local petition is gaining momentum in Oneida County NY fast!
