Returning College Education to the People

Repurpose the Department of Education. It will no longer be involved in K through 12 state education. Instead it will create tests, internship and lab requirements to attain college degrees empowering people to gain the benefits of a college education at low costs, create entrepreneurial opportunities for educators who create online content to replace high cost college programs. Employers will create internship programs. It will reshape college education, make it affordable and remove the monopoly colleges and universities have on the conference of degrees.
