It’s time to reshape our education system by connecting the salaries of teachers, principals, and superintendents to the actual success of their students. Instead of paying based on fixed scales, we should reward educators for real improvements in student learning and school performance. This change would inspire everyone in our schools to work together toward higher standards and real results, creating a system that values dedication and impact. Our students deserve a future-focused education, and this approach ensures those guiding them are motivated to make a lasting difference.

We already do that in a form. The standardized testing of the past is partially how this is implemented today. I personally am anti standardized testing because the pressure to preform on the test has caused teachers to teach solely to the test. How would we change this? Are you suggesting that we tie their pay to the students grades? I am just curious for more clarification.
