Restructure the Post Office hierarchy. Remove BOG and Dejoy

The postal service is made up of hard-working Americans who have not had a pay increase in three years. The three years that have seen the greatest rate of inflation. They are required to work without overtime pay, in all weather conditions, until their job is done. Recently they were offered a 1% pay increase but they would have to forego their uniform allowance and pay an increase to their health insurance. They are federal employees and by law, cannot walk off the job. These fellow Americans have families to raise and are a lifeline in rural areas. However, budget items seem to go to fleets of electric vehicles, etc., neglecting the rank and file. As an observer, it appears that Louis Dejoy is not the man for this job as there are too many conflicts of interest. The Board of Governors provide questionable oversight. Where is the accountability?
