No government should have the right or the authority to directly or indirectly place a tax on human, livestock, or plant life processes. Throughout the lives of the above-mentioned organisms, there are natural processes associated with their continued survival. These include the necessary exchange of solids liquids and gasses in order to make life function. It involves the absorption of various elements existing on the periodic table, including atoms and molecules containing carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, water and water vapor, methane, and a multitude of trace elements.
Taxation of any periodic table elements (ie: carbon taxing) required in the proper functioning of life processes and life construction (ie: carbon-based organisms) equates to taxing life itself. Since the Constitution explicitly protects the God-given right to Life and Liberty, and the Fourth Amendment gives every American the right to be secure in their persons and property, the very act of creating a tax on natural and unavoidable ‘life processes’ is an attack on American Life and lively-hoods, and should be dismissed as unconstitutional.
Carbon and oxygen consumption taxes, water vapor taxes, carbon dioxide and methane expulsion taxes etc. should all be considered an improper and unconstitutional wealth extraction based on the natural processes of humans, their livestock, and their plants and food stocks, and should be stricken from our legal and regulatory systems, unless proven to be a quantifiable national emergency, and strictly outside of the scope of any climate change claims or politically-motivated or financially-driven false alarmists.
This unconstitutional dictatorial nonsense is slowly growing outside of the United States. It must not be allowed to invade the borders of our Constitutional Republic…
Fun Fact For The Day: The is an old saying up on the Hill: "If you like something, subsidize it; If you want to get rid of it, tax it."
Given the above joyful statement from politicians, we might be getting a glipse of their real intentions when they may support a “Carbon Tax”, when carbon is also the fundamental element and building block for all life on Earth. Do you think it was merely “chance” that this particular element was targeted for taxation, out of all the elements in the Periodic Table? Taxing the building blocks of Life is anti-American, anti-Human, unGodly, and a repugnant and immoral act that can be constituted only as a lesser form of Crimes Against Humanity.
