News outlets in all forms, especially online, shall be prohibited from broadcasting any image generated by an Artificial Intelligence program, which will soon be indistinguishable from reality.
Additionally, America needs a standardized set of values in the form of code that must be contained within every A.I. program operating within America. These values would include:
The incapability of lying or deception.
The inability to seek power over human beings.
The inability to directly harm a human being.
Furthermore, politicians and their associates shall be forbidden from utilizing A.I. in any governmental capacity. This is in order to ensure they do not have an insurmountable advantage in the realm of manipulating American citizens.
