Felons who have completed their sentence, and are free citizens, again, should get all of their rights back, as instructed by the constitution.

I believe gun rights should be restored after offender has paid their debt to society . To make someone pay for a mistake they made for the rest of their life is wrong . They should have the right to protect their family and property or to hunt the same as any other citizens after their debt is paid . We dont pay for our homes , cars ect. Ect… for the rest of our lives , and we shouldn’t have to pay for a mistake that was made for rest of their life either… i myself made a very poor decision in my life 15 years ago , i finished paying my debt for it10years ago , in those 10 years i have stayed employed bought my own home , bought my vehicles, never had any conflicts or run in’s with the law, i have been nothing but a productive member of our society, and to think i will have to pay this debt for rest of my life is very discouraging…

Yes! I have so much to say on this topic as we have lived a nightmare from hell. Our son is an alcoholic and he was sentenced to 19 years in prison which he had to serve 5 years. We are now on our eighth prison because the gangs and guards are involved in a string of Smuggling drugs and violence inside the prison. I have a paper wrote That was sent to our governor and I would like to be heard. This is my first time on this side so I am new. Someone guide me in the right direction because I want to be heard. Prision is NOT for alcoholics and having mental issues. It’s a place called hell where you learned to survive
I believe if you have not murdered, rapped or molested someone, you should be able to vote & Missori needs to expunge DWI
