Restart the DACA program

To start it would be good to revamp the DACA program. If any illegal breaks the law they should be punished, unfortunately many of the kids come across the border do not have a choice. Many are raised in our schools and work hard to help support their family as they get old enough to work. The law should be that if you came here when you were a baby and went to school here and have proven to be a good citizen then you should get a green card and a path to citizenship. We have many actual citizens who do not obey the laws and hurt people and are never caught or get let go with no punishment. These kids did not have a choice but if they have worked hard in school and have a job and have been here, some for 25 years, this is all they know. If they break the law then that’s a different story but they didn’t break the law in the first place their parents did. Some are already starting families and should be allowed to buy a home and pay taxes.
