Please end the 1986 act which stopped holding the drug companies liable for injuries for vaccines. Please make the drug companies so then they will perform correct testing.

In addition to this reform the FDA. Currently it receives funding from the companies that appove it’s products. We need INDEPENDENT testing on all vaccines and data showing the actual side effects so parents can make informed decisions about their childrens health.
In 1992, Congress passed the Prescription Drug User Fee Act, which allows the federal agency to collect fees from companies that “produce certain human drug and biological products,”

No industry should be afforded liability protection for their products, period!!! While we are at it, let’s enforce our antitrust laws and stop giant conglomerates from crushing or absorbing the independent businesses across our nation. We need to undertake a complete overhaul of corporate status laws. B corporations should be the primary law of the land, if you don’t qualify for B Corp status u lose all ur other corporate benefits until you comply. Large purveyors that are monopolizing whole industries must be broken up. Aggressive capturing of competitors has to be banned!!
