Currently, App and Website owners can leave it to the app/site users to flag illegal and inappropriate content.
This is absolutely unacceptable, as it allows illegal and inappropriate content to be temporarily published until a user discovers it, reports it, and then the app or website owner finally acts on it.
AI technology exists to help with this content moderation. All questionable posts should automatically be flagged and go into a moderation queue before they are published.
It should be the responsibility of the app or Website owners moderate all user content in this fashion.
