All Job listings for positions in the US should be required to post a detailed and applicable salary range in every listing for all open positions. Fine employers each instance where it is missing. Possible fines also for misleading salary ranges such as “$10 per hour to $35 per hour”.
So sick of jumping through hoops only to find out the job I was interviewing for paid less than my current position. Not only would this save Job seekers a lot of hassle, it would also help prevent employers from taking advantage of Job seekers by low-balling their offers below industry standard.
