Require medical professionals to have yearly training on the newest medical studies

The majority of medical professionals have no idea of the latest studies showing the outcome of the tests and procedures that they suggest to their patients. Case in point vaccines, most medical professionals have no idea what is in them or the harm they could cause. They have no requirement to read the studies or to even show that they are up to date on what they are ordering or proscribing. They should be required to at least once a year pass a test showing that they are aware of the newest and best practices in their fields, and that they are aware of any harms vs good such tests and prescriptions may cause.
