Representatives work in their districts - not DC

Congressman and senators can work from their home districts and travel to DC as needed. This would end lobbying and give citizens access to their representatives. Citizens will be empowered to support their representatives’s initiatives, ask questions/express needs, and hold representatives accountable. Far more effective than term limits in stopping the lobbying and we could keep the expertise from people like Massie and Ron Paul.

We used to have 1 rep:40,000 constituents. But with space constraints in the capital it is now 1:600,000. If representatives work in their home district, we could have more representatives - which would also making lobbying harder.
