The Davis Bacon act has driven the cost of all construction up not just the government work. We need to allow the market to set the prices and not a government policy.

The amount of dollars wasted due to wage requirements and the administration cost to enforce and produce the required regulations is absurd. Only ones being protected from these laws is union leadership. Wages will remain high for skilled labor because projects require them
