Repeal Right to Work and At Will Federally

Workers can be terminated from there job for reasons that are not related to their work performance, without any notice, or any valid reason other that the employer sees fit for termination.
An at-will employment state means that an employer or employee can end their employment relationship at any time, for any reason, as long as it’s not illegal.
Employers should have valid reasons to dismiss an employee from their job for valid reasons, such as:
Theft
Drug Use
Excessive/Unexcused Absenteeism
Poor Job Performance
Proven Harassment
Threats of Violence
Creating a Hostile Work Environment for Employees
Poor Job Performance
Abuse of Any Kind

Employers should not have the ability to dismiss an employee without a valid reason as listed above. Too many times citizens have been released, terminated, or discharged from a job because the person is not “liked” or “doesn’t fit in”, “won’t be part of a clique”, Ostracism, and are put in peril because of At-Will and Right To Work State Policies.

People should have the ability to have job security if they are qualified and capable of doing their job as described in their Job Description.
No Employer should be able to release an employee without a valid reason and it should be illegal to discharge them without any warning, verbal or written, and without a thorough investigation from an external source from the company.
Unemployment would drop in relation to this being accomplished because employers could not just dismiss the employee without taking steps and following proper procedure leading up to the termination.

Agreed, right to work laws can be used to discriminate as well and can cause financial hardship to a person or a family household,
Let me add also,
I recall many many years ago I voted yes on a right to work bill because it was written wrong or I just didn’t understand it,the name right to work is deceptive by itself.
