It should not be legal to use propaganda on American Citizens. Since the passing of this act in 2012, we’ve seen an increase in hate and division.

I agree 100%. This needs to be repealed ASAP!!!
That was Obama’s goal, division, and the body of the 112th Congress who voted for HR 5736 in 2012 are to blame for the neutering of the Smith-Mundt Act.
