Rental Caps & Restrictions on Rental Monopoly’s

My suggestion for a policy would be annual rental caps; that adjust annually based on CPI and Federal Interest Rates- also attached to this I would like to see caps on property ownership by corporations and restricting the rent they are allowed to charge based on numbers of properties they own. I also would like to see a federal tax on these corporations who own these properties that result in these corporations paying into a federal tax “pot” to assist with building federally mandated low income housing.
