Remove voting Machines

We need to remove the electronic voting machines.
We the people have the right to see how our votes are being counted. When using voting machines the paper goes in and a little black box counts it and we have no way to actually verify the vote was actually counted correctly.
Hand counting the votes allows for auditing and watching from both sides and can ensure an accurate count.

I think this is one of the biggest issues we have, regarding our elections. Most countries have banned these machines from their elections because they know they can be hacked and the machine companies do not let anyone see their software. There is no reason machines have to count the votes–look what’s going on in AZ and CA . They are not even efficient–why are we using them?

This needs to happen on a federal level. The makers of the machines need to stand trial for RICO and treason. The machines are 100% connected and 100% rigged. There are COURT affidavits from Tore Maras and Alex Halderman explaining the theft processes. Halderman has now TWICE hacked a machine in front of a judge in a courtroom.

The old machine where you pulled the lever was better than paper ballots that could be trucked in and easier to cheat with

I trust the quality, objectivity and consistency of certified machines infinitely more than humans. If there is question on the machines then I think aim should be taken at the certification process. Not the machines themselves.

For the most recent presidential election in Taiwan earlier this year, volunteers manually counted the ballots at their respective precincts behind closed and locked doors, and in front of a recording camera. The volunteers were able to determine the election winner within several hours after the polls had closed, and posted the results right outside the voting station. Locals can watch the count from outside the station. Taiwan has no mail-in or absentee ballots. It cannot use voting machines because it runs the risk of interference of any form, including cyber, from its mainland rival of Communist China.

If Taiwan can finish the vote count and call the election winner in several hours for its population of 23 million people, every U.S. state can do the same with paper ballots, manual counting, and a live recording camera for transparency.

I agree on ridding our elections of machine counted votes. In Michigan the Election workers only count the ballots to verify the machine counted the correct number of ballots, Key word ballots. The election workers do not count the votes to reconcile the machine count just ballot total, The vote count is left to the black box machine with no verification or reconciliation.
The machines have to go!

I think President Elect Trump said it the best way paper ballets with watermark and anti counterfit measures would be 8 percent of the cost and are used world wide with no problems and everyone knows the winner of the election by the end of the night and then require voter registration and ID to vote honestly not a big fan of mail in voters either but understand for people who have no way to get to the poles but it also gives the ability for would be counterfeits to be able to have the time to examine the paper ballets and find out how to copy them I personally feel like in person voting is the only way to go I mean 180k Amish voted this years they had vans come to their communities pick them up and take them to the poles in Pennsylvania if theres a will theres a way machines are way to easily manipulated and hacked companies that own the machine refuse to show their servers when asked to confirm votes system’s analysis and if everything was correct make elections fair and undeniable and report the news accurately and unbiased one thing that bothered me was giving electoral votes to a canadite before the state were halfway done counting their votes or hadnt counted any at all
