There seems to be two tiers of justice systems in the US: A tier for the ruling class and elites and a tier for those who aren’t part of their club.
This policy is to have consiquences for judges who enable and enforce this two tier system or show leniency to elites and those of the supposed ruling class. Perhaps have consiquences for judges that remove them from their positions.
Perhaps also include have an investigation into this two tier system and fire or trial those who enforce it.
I am not even sure it’s elite versus non elite. It seems to be Marxists and their favorite groups versus the US citizen and especially against MAGA or conservatives. Trump should be in the elite category, but he has been treated very poorly including having something like 34 counts against him for potentially inflated the worth of his Florida estate on a loan that was already paid back with interest.
I do agree that we need to go back to the Constitution and remove laws that are not consistent with the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Which means there should not be state laws that allow people to steal up to certain dollar amount or the allowance of fraud, especially of Federal Tax dollars.
