The executive branch has power to rule by decree in the form of 3 letter agencies. This power has been used to the detriment of the people. We can all agree that most agencies were made with good intent, but nevertheless each and every agency ends up as a vehicle to limit the freedoms of every citizen. The power to create 3 letter agencies by executive decree is not only a violation of the tenth amendment, but nullifies the very purpose of the tenth amendment which is to secure the freedoms of the people. Along with removal of the power to create 3 letter or alphabet agencies any and all agencies created by executive decree shall be abolished and replaced with nothing, examples include ATF, CIA, FBI, EPA, NIH, CDC to name a few. Any and all agencies must be created by the legislative branch. The executive power to enforce law shall be carried out by the US marshals only. Any agency created by congress shall be subject to congress and shall not create law by way of policy. Any agency created by congress shall also be subject to the executive branch who will have ultimate power to abolish the agency at any time for any reason. Any agency created by congress shall be subject to the judicial branch who will have power to abolish said agency for any reason. The power to create agencies resting in the hands of one man is the fount of most corruption and inevitably leads to the abridgment of freedom.
