Remove policing force from government agencies

Propose removing the policing force from some federal agencies. There are many government agencies that have a policing force but should not, remove the policing force from these agencies and require them to achieve a proper warrant. After they receive the warrant then they must bring their case to the local sheriff and then the local sheriff will serve the warrant. The IRS, EPA, and the department of agriculture are three agencies that have policing forces and should not. Cut their funding for these agencies and redirect it to homeless veterans or other similar programs.
