Regulate and Liscense to Homeschool

I feel we need to regulate and liscense anyone who wants to become a homeschool teacher, through the Department of Human Services. We want our children and grandchildren to get the best possible education. The parents should have a background and education check, a home study and pass a basic educational GED exam to become liscensed to homeschool any child. The home study is done to make sure that there is adequate space for the homeschooling, in addition to the living quarters. The additional space needs to have the proper schooling set up with chairs, desks computers ect…for learning purposes. There also needs to be child care for any toddlers in order for the parents to teach without interuptions. The family needs to have access to community support and extra curricular activites . I feel this is necessary because in a public setting there are standards set to give the best possible education, so the same needs to be done for homeschooling any children.
