Not sure what category this would fall in, but at the very least it should be out there. I feel there should be a way to refund the millions of our taxpayer dollars back to us that were taken by the corrupt politicians. Their income should be audited and any back door, illegal income they took from our tax dollars should be refunded back to us. And I personally do not care how long ago it was.

Extremely popular sentiment in numerous posts in the last several days, but the money is already spent and wasted, and we are 36 trillion dollars in debt, so there is no money to give back.
Couldn’t the conditions of the convictions of those who took the money be that they have to pay restitution?

Spent but could be given as debt to the corrupt individual to pay back to the government and then given back to the people.
