Reform Physical Health in Educational Institutions

Reform physical health within educational institutions ( Elementary school, Middle school, and High school).

Implement qualified teachers/ professionals that exhibit health and pass a physical wellness screening test during the summer break with a required one year commitment.
(This allowed for screenings to recommence during the following summer break if needed.)
Written commitment will need to be re-established every year on April1st.

Physical wellness test includes: Written wellness exam that covers the extensive subject (Physical Anatomy, Physical Health, and Dietary Health)
Physical screening test includes: Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Body Composition, and Flexibility.

Upon completion tests will be calculated individually. An 80% or higher must be obtained to complete and determine eligibility.
Example: If test A is 75% yet test B is 88% this is an overall fail and candidate will not proceed to successful completion and qualify for position.
Example: If test A is 80% and test B is 95% candidate will proceed to successful completion and is eligible for position.
Example: If test A is 70% and test B is 79% candidate is not eligible to progress and is not qualified for the position.

Exception for exam: If candidate falls under first example given, they will have the opportunity to retake the singular exam failed a total of one time.
If written exam was failed they will be provided with a study guide and two weeks to prepare until final exam commences.

If the physical exam is failed they will be encouraged to utilize a written list that marks where they need to improve and will be given four weeks to prepare until final exam commences.

Once the position has been filled
Allow an hour and thirty minutes for physical education / health for students.

Within this allotted time students will be required to participate in all written and physical education activities cleared by public health agencies only upon Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s oversee and adjustment.

Physical Education:

Each institutional level and grade will have requirements that must be met by students who are able bodied within their designated bracket.

This includes:
Written physical health exams minimum monthly that display the covered topics/ information provided by teacher.

Daily health activities that exhibit the increase/ an improved cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility.

There must be progressional checks:
One upon the beginning of the course/ class, one at the middle mark of the course/ class year, and a final physical progress check at the end of the course/ class year.

Disability:

Students who are not able bodied or have mental/ physical disabilities are to still be engaged and included with a clearance/approval or disapproval from their Doctor Primary Caregiver/ Caregivers.

Disapproved activity must be upheld and any evidence of negligence or deviation will result in immediate termination.

Doctor and Caregiver/ Caregivers must sign a form to either approve or not approve activities for student.

Form must be filed and be reviewed by both Physical Instructor/ Teacher and Principal.

Requirements will be student by student based and determined on capabilities they are able or not able to perform if first cleared by Doctor and Primary Caregiver/ Caregivers.

If Physical Instructor/ Teacher determines that they need assistance with children who are disabled to ensure students safety further, school must have a prepared list of teachers who have volunteered to assist and the duration of days they are available for. If there is any change to availability a notice must be provided and a back up volunteer on provided list must be selected.
If more than three cancellations within a year of a volunteer teacher is made, they must be no longer considered for participation of Physical Education assistance.

Teachers who volunteer will be provided with an overtime payment of an additional 10% on their salary.
Example: Net Salary (60,000 • .010)= 6,000

Teachers must take a compiled course only based on the disabilities that students currently enrolled possess.
Course must be concise and no more than roughly 3,000 word count per disability.
Teacher must discuss disability and potential needs with parent and must also review Doctor and Caregiver/ Caregiver’s approval/ disapproved form.

If it is determined that mistreatment and neglect to disabled students has occurred by teacher, disciplinary actions must be taken ( determined by the school) and they must no longer be considered for assisting with Physical Education for the disabled.
