Our college education system has effectively gone down the drain. It is becoming a more and more common belief that anyone who goes to college is more likely to come out stupider instead of smarter as far too many have become places to be fed propaganda instead of receiving an education. Ivy League schools, once considered the best place to get an education from, have become laughing stocks and students who go to these schools often appear to be getting worse educations than other universities or colleges offer.
The root of the problem is clearly in the propaganda being allowed to be spread here. You have professors who do not encourage critical thinking and attempt to spread their own beliefs to their students. The schools themselves often do not appear to punish students. There have been many cases of outright segregation on certain campuses due to DEI policies. There is likely more than this.
I would primarily suggest doing this by focusing on their purse strings and DEI policies. Some of the DEI policies are outright illegal already as they effectively create segregation (the most common one I have heard is how there are different graduations for different races in certain colleges). The law literally just has to be enforced. As for the purse strings, it simply has to be made known that the government’s money is not a guarantee or even just cut the cost of it. I would also potentially suggest putting a required threshold for how well they are doing. Colleges that can barely get students to graduate should not get any funding.
