Reduce the border enforcement zone to 10 miles

The border enforcement zone extends 100 miles from any external boundary of the United States. CBP and Border Patrol agents can conduct warrantless stops, searches, and seizures within this zone, based on a “reasonable suspicion” of immigration or customs violations. About two-thirds of the U.S. population lives within that zone.
The extent of the zone has to be reduced from 100 to 10 miles from the border.
