Reduce Business Tax Liability by increasing wages

Trump has made many mentions of tax law changes. Here is what we have heard he wants to do.

No tax on tips
No tax on overtime
Lower Corporate Taxes from 28% to 21%
Lower Corporate Tax rates from 21% to 15% for those manufacturing 51% of goods within the US.

If these things come to fruition, I would like to suggest that these few companies at the 15% tax rate be given the option to give the equivalent (or a portion of) 15% owed to its staff rather than the government in the form of cash bonuses or stocks/assets.

This would have to be written in a way such that the bottom earners of the company receive this bonus, and that the CEO and high tier executives receive little to nothing.

A system designed in this way will reward these companies even further, by reducing or redirecting their entire tax liability from the government to the people who helped make the business successful.

People who are rewarded for their work tend to work harder.

People who are rewarded for their work tend to be happier.

People who are rewarded for their work tend to stay with a company.

People who are rewarded for their work tend to actually care about the job they are doing.

People who are rewarded for their work in monetary bonuses, will absolutely reintroduce that money back into their communities and perhaps be able to build a legacy of their own.

If anyone has questions or challenges to this please discuss!
