Healthcare professionals in the United States are reluctant to acknowledge TSW or RSS. Many believe that TSW isn’t a real diagnosis and that it is actually acute eczema. TSW is a recognized diagnosis in China, Australia, and England. People will not get the support in the US until it is recognized as an actual iatrogenic disease.
