In many countries there are restrictions imposed on foreigners from owning land or doing business. Reciprocal treatment should be imposed on citizens and/or dual citizens attempting to do the same in the United States.
America should not be for sale to anyone other than Americans or those countries whose values align with that of the United States.
An example would be Chinese restricting American citizens or companies from doing business without a significant percentage partnership by a Chinese National Company or Entity. China however can buy American land and companies with little to no restriction.
