Reciprocal legislation

Congress needs to live with the laws they pass. They should not have authority to be excluded from bad legislation. Every law that congress passes must be mandatory for them also. ie: affordable care act, vaccines etc. Congress shall pass no legislation to which itself is excluded. Accountability will solve much of bad legislation. No one can be above the law. Pay increases also should be commensurate with balanced budgets. No taxation without representation. Every vote should be individualized. No more packaged legislation full of pork.
