The government wastes millions in tax payers dollars in the Snap Benefit program by paying dead people and also duplicating benefits, every year!! We need to recall every benefit account that has not been used for 90 days. This is to get people in this program that are actual people who are supposed to be paid, that are going to be physically using this program to purchase food. This program is not for sending funds to dead people or duplicating funds. Everyone who is a real person and not been using, can just reapply if they still need the program if they are even alive. This is the only way to make the program accountable, is by making sure they money is actually going to physical people and not dead people!

also, just like Welfare in general it needs to be tied to passing a drug test either pee or blood. Every month.
