R22 Refrigerant for domestic and commercial systems was one of the best developed and brought quality and reliable air conditioning across the country.
R22 was banned due to exaggerated concerns in regards to ozone depletion and as a result, New Air conditioners use worse refrigerant alternatives that drive up price for consumers and have significantly shorter life of the equipment.
