Reapportionment act of 2024/2025

The reapportionment act of 1929 set the number of representatives in the House of Representatives to 438. What I propose is removing that limit so that individuals in the several states get the representation they are entitled to under the constitution which is 1 representative per 30,000 people, at our current population we should have over 3000 representatives. This change would create greater representation in solidly red or blue states for the minority party, in a state like massachusetts with zero representatives from the Republican party even though 30% of the state votes that way.
