United States Real Estate can only be owned by United States Citizens.
If real estate currently owned by non-United States citizens or entities owned by non-United States citizens or non-United States entities, either use Eminent Domain laws to require they forfeit the real estate and are paid market value for the property or don’t allow the owners to do any activity on the property. For example, no construction on the property, no income activity allowed from the property, no repairs on the property, no agriculture allowed on the property, no animal farming on the property
