I propose a military alliance between Russia and America called RATS, Russian American Treaty Shield. The purpose of this treaty is for each other to defend each other against the Global agenda and NATO. Although we have different political policies, both countries have overwhelming loyal to their country. This is a policy to build the largest military alliance to protect two free countries, peace through strengthen.
