As we all know, vet techs are EXTREMELY under paid and under appreciated. As someone who is going to school for this next year, seeing how much vet techs make makes me second guess the career choice. Especially since a day in the life as a vet tech consists of doing x-rays, ultrasounds, dental work, assisting in surgeries, putting pets to sleep, etc.
